The link seems to go down frequently despite traffic being sent across the VPNs. The VPC Peering feature really allows to segragate different application models. **What do you dislike about Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (Amazon VPC)?** The lack of sharing security groups between VPCs. **What problems is Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (Amazon VPC) solving and how is that benefiting you?** Treating VPCs like microservices - Instead of having one massive VPC with all EC2 machines that do a number of different things, breaking them out into a multi--VPC setup really helps manage the different solutions and allows for better logging, tracking of information. The plus side of having mutli-VPC set up, is that one VPC can be a public VPC and the reaminig can be Private, which allows end users access to one service in one VPC. If one or any of the VPCs become compromised, disconnecting for the VPC Peering, makes it an orphan VPC that does not have access to any other services, even if Securitys Groups allow it to be wide open. ### 11. The assurance on the correct routing of the data is, I'm sure, very good, but an extra layer of protection would be brilliant.
