The decision to not split Portuguese into Brazil vs Portugal and just lumping them together was a mistake on Amazon's part. Same with Spanish. There are so many dialects, to say that everything from Spain to Argentina is one language is a poor decision that causes our transcriptionists to have to refine much more than they should. Transcribe should give the option to be dialect specific when the dialect is detectable, or even with user input. **What problems is Amazon Transcribe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making an otherwise all-human process enhanced by allowing the first pass of transcription to be done by AI. ### 2.
