Amazon Transcribe Medical is a machine learning service that makes it easy to quickly create accurate transcriptions from medical consultations between patients and physicians. With Transcribe Medical, the medical and pharmacological terms used in physician dictated notes, practitioner/patient consultations, and tele-medicine are automatically converted from speech to text for use in clinical documentation applications.

**What do you like best about Amazon Transcribe Medical?**

One thing that makes transcribe the best is their capability to outperform on any kind of dataset(say, meeting/conferences/news/phone conversations/general talks/etc). the accuracy of speaker diarization and overlapped speeches was amazing

**What do you dislike about Amazon Transcribe Medical?**

Amazon can work on the UI part. Since we are working on the sentiment analysis of Indian MNC product across different geographical locations across the globe, we sometimes lag in terms of language support like Transcribe does not support multiple Indian language(Hindi, kannada, konkani, marathi, punjabi,etc)

**What problems is Amazon Transcribe Medical solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were working on the social media sentiment analysis that gathers the data from Twitter, reedit, FlyerTalk, google news, etc for sanctions, sentiment classification purposes. There we are focussing on textual data(NLP), audio data(transcribe)
