Five Star Commerce helped us launch a brand new Amazon sales channel for our products. We came to this project with zero Amazon experience, so we needed someone to guide us through each step of the process, and help us not only manage the channel, but strategize and optimize. What do you like best?
Five Star Commerce is a partner to our business, not just a consulting provider. The team is extremely knowledgeable and has been instrumental in helping us launch a highly successful Amazon sales channel from scratch. They're consistently responsive via phone/email/text and are available to help us with urgent needs on short notice. They've guided us through troubleshooting and helped resolve the often cumbersome and difficult to navigate issues that pop up with the platform. Five Star has even gone as far as helping us launch a new sales channel on an entirely different platform. Our team has learned a great deal through working and interacting with them.
