What I like most about amazon lex is its simplicity of use, the software provides a clear guide through the use of the console to create a chatbot in an easy and simple way. In general I like all the features of this software, the only thing I did not like is that in its free version only allows processing 10,000 text requests and 5000 voice requests per month.
