It's a highly reliable managed service from AWS. **What do you dislike about Amazon Forecast?** Training and walkthrough documents need improvement. Without consulting the support team, it isn't easy to start using it. And the support team's response was also not good enough. **What problems is Amazon Forecast solving and how is that benefiting you?** Analyzing the upcoming sales trend and competitor analysis. Looking to to enable with keyword search to make data retrival much easier to use and consume. **What do you dislike about Amazon Forecast?** Some of the data analytics are difficult based on the side and clarity of data. Looking to enable it to work with keyword search. This will make our data retrevial much easier. **Recommendations to others considering Amazon Forecast:** Storing large datasets for cold storage and legacy uses. This allows us to offset our production databases and keep them lighter, faster and smaller.
