EKS is best fit for kubernetes applications because it's very easy to setup and provides lots of built-in functionalities that takes care of all the tedious tasks like autoscaling and DNS binding that makes it easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
EKS does not support some of the developments of kubernetes. To be specific, tools developed by k8s community. Other than that I didn't find anything difficult or tedious about using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
