Amazon EKS can give more guides about setup of security group and rule allocation, sometimes because of wrong resource allocation it causes problem in intializing cluster, it should have proper logs so that user will be able to trobleshoot easily. Managed kubernetes are always the best when you are dealing with production environment. When an outage occurs you clearly know that its nothing to do with EKS core. Aws make it easy to move our local Servers to cloud and the features it provides makes it easy to implement our softwares in the cloud . in the begining of our migration we had some issues on moving to cloud in that time the documentation and support gave by aws made the process to seamless now we had fully moved to aws and we now use our local servers less often and it is now work as a backup server.
