We can use Amazon ECS to easily manage and deploy k8 clusters into Cloud along with this ECS is fully managed by AWS and it is scalable you can group your containers to moniter at the cluster level. I love using ECS to run virtual machines with specific software encoding to the cluster, which makes running different versions of software much easier and better to handle, moreover, we also run microservices such as k4 & K8 using ECS for faster delivery. Much harder to cancel a cluster of operations in any given particular order, one has to start from the top and take the FIFO approach for 2x results in deployment. AWS has all the things, you just name it AWS has it be it redis, elasticsearch, s3, ec2 machine learning, database, what not. And it offers the best of everything. Some time cost of services becomes very costly, and it is very complex to learn AWS flow, for instance, if I want to deploy Docker on AWS, I will have to setup ecr, ec2, security group, and many other things which are not easy to learn. Compared to azure services I feel like the UI is not that user-friendly and is a bit complicated to use and understand some features along with the terms they use.
