What do you like best about Amazon EC2?

I like the AWS Cloud and the first thing I learnt about AWS service is the EC2 service. That is easy to set up, secure, and highly durable because you can create the AMI for your instance. I used the EC2 service for around the last 3 years and also integrated with other services e.g. AMI Roles I used their customer support only during the registration and other times to increase the quota of Elastic IPs and the customer support team is really fast Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amazon EC2?

There is no dislike about EC2 for me mostly I like all the features of EC2 because it is easy to setup. But overall It would be great if they could work on the UI of the overall AWS cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Amazon EC2?

AWS cloud is the most popular cloud services in the current market. AWS has more than 250+ services which will help any size of organization to run their app and data applications in cloud without worry about the managing physical infrastructure. AWS has foot print across the globe which can solve and provide the advance features like security, compliance requirements for customer w.r.t regions. AWS has very good services in Data and Analytics category by which organizations can easily migrate their data workload and build new data eco system in cloud easily, securely and flexible way. What do you dislike about Amazon EC2?

Sometimes for same usecase many options are available in AWS and customers needs to spend good amount of time in analysis for selecting right service for right usecase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Amazon EC2 solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Build a data lake platform using AWS serverless architecture ( using S3 as storgae, Glue for processing, Step function as orchestation and QuickSight for reporting).

2. Building a ML platform in AWS ( Sagemaker for developing ML workflow, S3 storage and QuickSight for reporting)

3. Building a data warehouse platform in AWS ( S3 for data lake, Redshift for Data warehouse, Lambda, Glue and EMR - Data processing and Airflow on EC2 - Orchestation)

4. Modernize Mainframe in AWS ( Glue for data processing and S3 for storage, RDS postrges - Reporting platform and QuickSight for reporting) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
