The features are not valuable, just a dashboard full of unusable features. They seem to make features just to make money, not to benefit users. They hang up the calls and don't show interest in improving the service. They seem to charge big companies instead of catering to smaller ones. The setup was full of difficulties. We used the form in their webpage, we have received an email that said that customer care should be in touch with us in the next 24 hours but they never called us. They do not offer chat assistance or telephone assistance. They have very serious problems in this area as they have lost a big client and they do not even know.
