i like that it's pretty simple to use. i think anyone, even someone that's not good with technology could still use this pretty easily. once my company gave me this system to use, i caught on to it pretty quickly and had no issues using it. I have not used this with any of the other companies that i have worked for, which is a surprise to me because this is so much easier than other systems that i have used in the past. i havent found anything that i dislike about it just yet, everything seems to be pretty good so far. One thing is I am not sure if it is my internet or if it is the system it self, because i had this issue in the office as well. but sometimes my amazon connect will disconnect from my connect and sell for some reason, which can be pretty frustrating. i am assuming that it has some thing to do with the internet instead of the service but either way it is not really a big deal to me at all especially since it does not happen very often.
