Call drop / missed calls. To ensure use browser based CCP softphone rather than forwarding.

It allows you to see real-time information as well as allows you to remote monitor the TX. Its is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage?**

Its a little copmplicated to create your own Report. You have to create it every day and not able to save the one you previously iused.

**What problems is Amazon Connect SoftPhone by Mirage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to provide proper feedback in real-time that allows the MX to have a better experience on the first touch. The TX is able to log in on time and use the proper Auxiliaries provided.

Amazon Connect does tend to time out after a while even while in use. It can be very frustrating.
