It also offers simple processing workflows for extracting text and key phrases, and when you use it, it doesn’t require machine learning experience. One of the best features is that it protects our data with access controls, so you can manage who is allowed to access sensitive information. **What do you dislike about Amazon Comprehend?** Sometimes the initial insights aren’t enough, and we need more training data to achieve high accuracy. Also, the cost can be higher—especially when there’s a high volume of data to train on or analyze. **What problems is Amazon Comprehend solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to extract specific text data from large datasets and also convert unstructured data into structured data. For one of the projects I’m working on, we need to pull keywords such as name, company name, email, and mobile number from unstructured text.
