I like how well it connects to other AWS resources and the different features available in it to help with log access such as the ability to downloads logs and filter through them. I dislike how hard it can be to find certain log streams sometimes, the naming conventions can be difficult to sift through and it is not always easy to search for a specific one. It provides a unified interface where I can see logs for deployments on all kinds of AWS services, it alows for great management of the logs and for filtering and viewing options that help a lot with troubleshooting.
