Amazon Chime is a communications service that lets you meet, chat, and place business calls inside and outside your organization, all using a single application. With Amazon Chime, you have the flexibility to choose the features that you need for online meetings, video conferencing, and business calling, and pay only when you use them. Amazon Chime Voice Connector is a service that carries your voice traffic over the internet and elastically scales to meet your capacity needs. This lets you save money by eliminating fixed telephone network costs and simplifies your voice network administration by transitioning it to the AWS Cloud. Choose how you communicate Amazon Chime lets you choose the communication options that are best suited for your business. You have the option to choose from meetings, chat, and business calling or use Voice Connector to direct your voice traffic over the internet. With Chime, you have the flexibility to choose the communication option that fits with your business needs, and the freedom to scale up or down as needed. the free basic version of Amazon Chime is not a good one, I understand its free but should be better than others. Also we use it with Dell WH 125 headsets which doesn't have an option to accept , end and reject auto call.

**What do you like best about Amazon Chime?**

I use Amazon Chime for internal meetings, interviewer availability and queries, and communication with stakeholders. It's an easy way to communicate with interviewers and helps with last minute candidate unavailability and interview cancellations. I like that it shows the status of other people so we can communicate easily. It lets me know if the person I'm reaching is out of the office or in another meeting. The initial setup was very easy, which is great.

**What do you dislike about Amazon Chime?**

It should be improved in external meetings like candidates try to join the interviews but sometimes it never allows them due to few technical issues.

I use Amazon Chime for internal meetings and it helps with interview scheduling issues. It's an easy way to communicate with interviewers, showing people's statuses like if they're out of office, which makes communication smoother.

What I like best about Amazon Chime is how simple and reliable it feels. Meetings are easy to join audio and video quality stay consistent even with weaker internet and screen sharing works smoothly. I think Amazon Chime is great for effective communication, whether it's for meetings, video chats, or office collaboration. The video and chat features are top-notch, and they make meetings with family and friends easy. With Amazon Chime, I don't have to travel to have a meeting, as it bridges the distance beautifully.

I think it may not be Amazon Chime's making, on the fluctuation of networks, but I would like us to work together more on the bridge of network during important meetings. At the initial period, it was challenging to orient colleagues on how it was being used.
