Chime has the basic functions of a call/group call software: it shows you who is on the call, it has screen share, it has a chat, and it has video/audio capabilities. I did like the sidebar panel that displayed all the users present in the call. The display and function was useful. That is about the only thing that I liked better about Chime than other similar tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Amazon Chime? I did not like having to download yet another piece of software to my machine for video conferencing (possible Chime just 'suffered' from being the Nth one instead of the 1st or 2nd) Also it felt like every time it automatically had people join with their microphone on but without pre-warning users of that so people more likely to cause interruptions. For the main part though, it works like any other video conferencing platform but small things make it my least favorite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. It was useful for when we had meetings with Amazon data and Redshift teams as clearly that is the internal tool of choice for Amazon.
