What I like best about Amazon AWS Platform is the breadth of services available across compute, storage, databases, ML, networking, analytics, and security. It provides a mature cloud ecosystem that allows us to build landscape applications without managing large amounts of infrastructure. I appreciate the flexibility of choosing managed services such as Lambda, RDS, S3, Glue, Redshift, and managed Airflow, which helps teams focus more on business requirements rather than infrastructure. There are a large number of services and configuration options, which can make the platform have a steep learning curve. Cost management can also become challenging if governance and monitoring are not implemented properly. In my experience it occurred that the system architecture was a bit rigid and hard to understand: this led to issues which required some rework to be fixed. Amazon Web Service Platform is unlike any other cloud services platform. Amazon Web Service is really a great platform to use. The services provided by Amazon Wb Service platform are quite impressive and secure. Amazon Web Services can be easily integrated in your apllication. If you are a developer or from IT background, you will know how useful this service is. And Amazon web service can be easily integrated in your application and it's pretty simple to understand. After the free trial period is over, and if you want to use the Amazon Web Service Platform, then buying the services is quite expensive unless you have an Amazon Web Service account provided by your organization. There are variuos service available to use, like sending emails using smtp service of SES (simple email service), storage buckets in S3, cluster of EC2, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Amazon AWS Platform: I prefer using the Amazon Web Service platform over other cloud services. Hence I recommend everyone too to use Amazon Web Service, as it's secure, popular, and has quite a lot of services and features available. Easy to implement or integrate into your application, easy to use and understand, etc. I have been using this service for quite a while now, and I guess I will be using it in the future as well. The best thing about amazon AWS is that it´s speedy to serve whatever we need. It´s simple to put something there and easy to remove also. We can configure politics easily for every piece of document, as we can set the policies to folders, buckets, or other ways, which makes it an excellent place to centralize my images of my advertisers. Other services that I started to use, make the service eaven better. I startedt to use DNS services, Domain services, and a lot more serveces that work on a damand basis, and helps a lot. It isn´t easy to understand the cost reports and highly difficult to get them. When the costs go up, for using more than we expected, I can´t ever find what made the price go up. It should have a more accessible reporting system, more friendly and easier to understand. Even if they put the same extensive report there, there should be another to make things easier. As I think they should do a configuration platform for experts and another for "dummies" since a lot of people do not understand lots of things there, as I don´t. For some services, I really need to have experts in my side to configure it. But it´s not verry had thow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Amazon AWS Platform: If you need an excellent cloud service, the AWS platform is perfect for you. It does what it promises and is very easy to implement. And if necessary, they have a lot of ways to make it do whatever your needs are. I also recommend to go throu all the services, as it has a lot of options and differnet services, and some times a service that you eaven do not know you need the have. Or some times they have a better service as the one you are using. So it´s worth to look everything and see what you need and can use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Amazon AWS Platform solving and how is that benefiting you? I had an image server, and whenever I had a significant volume of access there, it would crash. So I exchanged my server to the AWS service, putting everything there, and I never had any more problems of crashing servers ever again. Now I can offer my clients the service more often, and I do not charge them for this service anymore. But it´s more expensive for me. I think I have a more structured service now, with less risk. Another problem solved by AWS is the security problem. Since I do not have a security expert, I had my server invaded one time, and it didn´t happen ever again.
