I liked the product where being a Solution Architect, l and my team proposed, designed and implemented it for various clients in different domains and our team found it to be a better choice between Zapier or Microsoft flow. It is also a best choice especially if you are user of other AWS Services like Amazon S3, Amazon RedShift etc.. AppFlow is relatively a new family member in AWS Services Family, hence the documenatation is really not strong and has lot of room for improvement, currently it is bare minimum. Amazon AppFlow is very easy to integrate into other applications. This is the best way to my choice. Because many companies work many tools from variable software. They can`t change their main software. But they also need many workflows. That`s the main conflict point for companies. Amazon AppFlow provides data flow from many different data sources such as salesforce. I know Salesforce has collected and analyzed too much data that I worked on projects. Amazon AppFlow gave me trust for security while using too many integrated tools into my main workspace. Another thing is that it brings data from many sources into one place, such as slack, zendesk etc. Transferring data is not any problem with Amazon AppFlow. I spent too much time transferring data.
