**What do you like best about Amasty?**

Amasty has been in the game for a while and has a good range of reasonably well-built and well-maintained extensions available, plus good technical support when needed.

**What do you dislike about Amasty?**

Like a lot of third-party extension developers for Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce, Amasty sources a lot of its devs from around the world and there are occasionally communication barriers when trying to work with them.

**Recommendations to others considering Amasty:**

Always do your due dilligence of course, but I would regard Amasty as among the top tier of Magento 2 extension providers in terms of value and variety.

**What problems is Amasty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amasty has a variety of solid Magento 2 extension offerings that help fill in the use case gaps in out-of-the-box Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce functionality.  They're one of the first places we go to find quick, plug-in solutions to basic customer and ecommerce storefront needs.
