Amanat POS is a cloud-based point-of-sale (POS) software built for retail, restaurant, wholesale and cloud kitchen businesses in Pakistan. It brings billing, inventory, customer credit, kitchen operations and delivery management into one secure dashboard, so business owners can run daily operations without juggling separate tools. Amanat POS started in Gujrat, Pakistan, and has been developed over five years. Today, businesses in several cities across the country use it for billing, inventory, kitchen orders, customer credit and delivery. The software is offered in four editions, each designed around the workflow of a specific business type: Retail Edition: Barcode billing, product variants, inventory management, purchase management, returns and refunds, customer management, and low-stock alerts for grocery stores, pharmacies, clothing, electronics and general retail. Restaurant Edition: Table management, Kitchen Display System (KDS), KOT, dine-in and takeaway orders, order status tracking and rider dispatch for cafes, restaurants and fast food businesses. Wholesale Edition: Customer credit ledgers, outstanding payments, customer statements, purchase management and discount rules for distributors and bulk sellers. Cloud Kitchen Edition: Rider assignment, delivery tracking, order status tracking, held bills and future order scheduling for delivery-first kitchens. Every edition includes FBR (Federal Board of Revenue) invoice integration, helping supported businesses report sales to FBR's invoicing system without manual filing. Core features such as sales, inventory, reporting and user management are included in each edition, without needing to unlock essential workflows through higher pricing tiers. Amanat POS supports multiple users with role-based access, including Admin, Cashier and Kitchen roles. The cloud POS can be accessed from any supported browser with no traditional installation. For businesses that prefer a locally installed system, an Offline POS setup with a one-time software purchase is also available. Each subscription covers one business location. For franchises and larger organizations, Enterprise plans offer custom development, API integrations, white label options, dedicated onboarding, priority support and custom deployment. Pricing starts at Rs. 4,999 per month for the Retail and Wholesale editions and Rs. 5,999 per month for the Restaurant and Cloud Kitchen editions. The first month is free on every edition, with no credit card required. Amanat POS also provides step-by-step video tutorials, so teams can learn the system quickly. Businesses can book a demo or start a free trial at amanatpos.pk to see how it fits their operations.
