Amalati utilizes two seamlessly integrated tools – 'trees' to create plans and tie to-dos into overarching goals and 'boards' to track and manage work. With trees, users plan by starting with their big idea/goal and walk down to the daily to-dos required to make them happen enabling every member of the team to know exactly how the work they do contributes to the overall success of the team and ensuring no second or dollar is spent on tasks that doesn’t lead to the accomplishment of team goals.
