amaiko is a personal AI assistant for knowledge workers. It makes company knowledge usable across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Box, works with each user's own permissions and connects business systems such as HubSpot or Jira as paid add-ons. With Microsoft 365 it prepares meetings and, with Active Inbox switched on, follows up on unanswered emails. Data is hosted in Germany on amaiko's own infrastructure, with AI processing in the EU. Pricing starts at €41.58 per user per month billed annually (€499 per user per year), or €49.90 billed monthly, bookable from 5 seats, with a 14-day trial.
