What problems is Amadeus solving and how is that benefiting you? at first we were using sabre sonic reservations system which was extremely slow and full or errors one of which is the 'no combinable fares' which amadeus fixed after the migration. What do you dislike about Amadeus? there are certain airlines which are not avaliable on amadeus in that scenario it won't be much use. Firthermore, this GDS is the likely for lofty fees associated with acessing and utilizing the system, it generally charge fees for every single transaction . Access to a broad range of travel inventory from airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other travel suppliers is made easy by Amadus. Finding the best offers is now simple for me. I can make reservation for flights, hotels and other travel related services using it, this is important because I want to be able to offer my clients the best deal possible given how frequently travel- related prices can change. The system offers helpful documentation and customer support and its user interface is simple and intuitive which get easily integrated with other platforms like DEEM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Amadeus? The monthly cost for amadeus which is subscription based can be high, especially for smaller travel agencies. It is not easy to implement it as mastering it take some time . There are some technical glitches reported which cause delay or disruptions for booking process , there features need to improved as we are frequent travel so we use it frequenctly. Access to braod range of travel inventory from airlines hotels , car rental agencies and other travel suppliers is made possible by Amadeus. It is now simple for me to compare prices and locate the best offers. Amadeus is one-stop shop for booking travel, saving time and effort, in a single location I can reserve accomodations, transportation and other travel-related services.
