Cloud modernization really helps me access the platform from anywhere. Adding NDC content to the GDS platform also improves the efficiency of fare searches. The functionality within my company to attach to Amadeus gives me great flexibility when connecting to the outside world. With little to no down time and the consistent up time there is little to no issues when booking through Amadeus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Amadeus e-Travel Management? The setup and integration of Amadeus is timely. The product and the team that was able to assist us during both implementation and deployment were very knowledgeable however the time to value was delayed due to the complexity of the integrations. In the end we were up, connected and running within 10 days from deployment. The post deployment services were a very welcome addition as well. Not having to "deal with it" on our own the first 60 days was a huge value to us and ensured that there were no lingering issues once everything was complete. Amadeus integrates a lot of different facets of ticket issuance which makes supporting customers easier.
