I'm using Amadeus solely to check tickets and I find it easy to use and it's literally the meaning of user friendly software. What I like the most it's very easy to generate the reissuance charges and refund. When there are discrepancy during the re-booking/refund they will take responsibility with the ADMs and all unlike any other service provider who will leave you hanging.
