Little to no real training required on implementing the tool across the sales org. I love how it aligns leaders and team members on what is/are truly value adding activities and which of those are most important. What problems is Alysio solving and how is that benefiting you? We had issues really getting our sales team to focus and realizing what activities are most important to the business. Alysio has solved that with the gamification/weighted points system. I also love how binary or black and white it makes sales performance as well. If you are getting your 10 points a day, then there really is no reason that sales person shouldn't be delivering for your organization (assuming you set the points up well).
