I switched over to Alyce from Sendoso—namely for the core shift in how the platform functions. I really appreciate that Alyce is built on the idea of paying for what's actually claimed vs. paying for every send and hoping it works. We've been able to significantly improve our spend on direct mail, and in the first month, the impact has already been noticeable. Especially in a world where you don't know where someone's working from at the moment, Alyce was built on the idea of giving the recipient choice—both on the gift they receive and where it gets sent. It's apparent that they've thought this through, and I think it's put them in a uniquely beneficial position given all that 2020 has thrown at us. Thanks to the research the platform does on your behalf, you can rest easy knowing that what you send is going to be a hit. I really like that (and our recipients have, too!).
Another pro that I think deserves airtime: the people. Alyce has phenomenal folks on staff that take the time to check in with you, make sure you have a plan for using the software, etc. Everyone I've had the pleasure of working with, from sales to success to marketing, has been super friendly and genuinely interested in what we do. I never really had that with our prior vendor—any attention paid to our account was episodic or around renewal time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
