**What do you like best about Alvaria Intelligence Platform?**

resources supplied in the cloud, the application runs smooth and improves performance. additional features have improved the experience.great engagement software and it is good to use with optimizing workforce.

**What do you dislike about Alvaria Intelligence Platform?**

RDP doesn't offer seamless windows but a small curve to adjust. The customer portal is a bit clunky but should improve with age.

**What problems is Alvaria Intelligence Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rapid deployment and provision of services. Core product is pretty good value for money compared to similar cloud solutions. Good Omni-Channel capabilities. Good REST API that covers provisioning, reporting, campaign management and CRM integrations.

Workforce engagement manager is a necessary tool for our success. It's something we use every day and I love that it keeps getting better with every update. It constantly making our jobs easier.

**What do you dislike about Alvaria Intelligence Platform?**

Cloud stability can sometimes be a factor but it's nothing that inhibits our ability to efficiently get work done and with some updates and time, that should not be a factor.

**What problems is Alvaria Intelligence Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working in a contact center environment can be hard to track and even harder to manage. Alvaro brings the technology we need to the forefront and that makes it easier!

It is a great engagement software and it is good to use with optimising workforce. It can also track the adherance of employee schedules to ensure the right amount of people are being utilised.

**What do you dislike about Alvaria Intelligence Platform?**

Tickets are taking a while to be resolved. Other than that, it is a great software to work with and I know that there will be improvements going forward on how to fix the tickets.

**Recommendations to others considering Alvaria Intelligence Platform:**

Increased system reliability and reduced internal IT costs.

**What do you dislike about Alvaria Intelligence Platform?**

There have been no downsides to the cloud engagement as of yet.

**Recommendations to others considering Alvaria Intelligence Platform:**

Consider all internal costs associated with maintaining on-premise infrastructure, both labor costs as well as server/software based costs. In most cases, there will be an overall increase in charges to Alvaria for Cloud, but the reduced internal costs in moving away from on-premise-based systems generally negate this increase, if not reduces overall costs of service.

Cloud support makes it way easier to manage the tool. Most of the heavy lifting is taken away by this process. Product has a lot of options and functionality that a lot of competetitors don't have.

Really nothing to dislike. Great interface and easy to use. Really like the end to end feel of the product and how it integrates with Aspect WFM/WFO. And that is compatable with Aspect QX.

**What problems is Alvaria Intelligence Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contact Center Operations. Call Routing, maximizing agent utilization.

The cloud-based element allows access from both work and home with zero access issues

Not a downside against Aspect But the cloud-based functionality comes with restrictions in forced by my own workplace around virtual access

**What problems is Alvaria Intelligence Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote working Was seamless. Transitioning over 500 contact centre staff to work from home instead of office was a lot easier than initially thought

The application is very user-friendly and intuitive. It does take time to learn the ins and outs but it is overall easy to use. I would definitely recommend this product.

I like all of the options that are available within the tool. It makes it easy to adapt to your business needs and achieve a solution.

Make sure that before implementation that you gather all needs and requirements. Do not leave any wild ideas out of the question.

There are some items that need to be further developed in order to be complete.

I love the positive impact our customers get with a cross-channel, continuous experience.

**What do you dislike about Alvaria Intelligence Platform?**

I haven't found anything that I don't like about the product at this time. The ease of use through a user friendly UI is great!

**Recommendations to others considering Alvaria Intelligence Platform:**

I cannot stress enough how easy this application is to use. Brand new out of the box I was able to understand the product. Reporting is very intuitive and easy to understand as well.
