AluSync is a cloud ERP built specifically for aluminium and uPVC window & door fabricators. It runs the whole job in one system — CRM, material estimation, quotation PDFs, cutting optimization, batch inventory, production planning and invoicing — and is built around how fabricators actually measure: in soot (8 soot = 1 inch), inches or millimetres. Most fabricators stitch this together with spreadsheets and generic optimisers. AluSync replaces that with a single connected workflow: a measurement becomes an estimate, the estimate becomes a branded quotation PDF, the accepted quote becomes a production order, and the order drives cutting plans and material commits — with inventory, invoicing and profit reporting updating as you go. It's cloud-based and runs in the browser on any device, with strict company-level data isolation for every account.
