Alunos CRM (Mais Alunos CRM) is a CRM for private K-12 schools in Brazil, built by Apoio Estratégico and used by more than 90 schools. It brings the school's marketing, family communication and admissions pipeline into one system, from a family's first contact to enrollment. For marketing, schools build landing pages, forms with QR codes and email campaigns, publish on Instagram, track the source of every lead and set up automations. For family communication, the team answers the school's WhatsApp from a single number, with departments, an automated menu and a service queue, and every conversation is linked to the family's record. The admissions pipeline shows each family's stage, with the history of conversations, visits and notes, and visits are booked in the CRM's own calendar. For management, there are BI dashboards, a productivity module with workspaces, tasks, notes and internal chat, and AI agents that suggest replies, check marketing tracking and analyze the school's numbers, always with the school's approval. A mobile app is also available. Onboarding is done by the Apoio Estratégico team, an education consultancy with more than 25 years of work with private schools and more than 1,000 schools served. Available features vary by plan.
