ALTITUDE is the CRM for HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical and general contractor shops. It runs the office side of a home-service business, from the first call to the paid invoice. Every shop gets an ALTITUDE business number, and anyone who calls it gets an instant text back. Forward unanswered calls from your main line, and those callers hear your greeting, can leave a voicemail and get the same text. Email (Gmail and Outlook), texts, website chat, Facebook Messenger and Instagram messages land on one thread per customer. Every lead has an owner and a next step. Schedule service calls and estimate visits on a shared crew calendar, send estimates customers approve online, and turn them into invoices paid by card or bank transfer, with recurring invoices and autopay through Stripe. Customers get one branded portal for estimates, appointment requests, invoices and payments. Reporting shows which lead sources turn into paid jobs. Plans start at $49 a month with every feature included and a 30-day free trial, no card needed. ALTITUDE sets up your texting number and imports your contacts for free.
