**What do you like best about Caddy?**

I live in Caddy - it's open all day and it's the backbone of every 1:1.  The dashboard is clean and intuitive, so I can instantly see where calls are breaking down without pulling reports from multiple tools. My reps have are able to easily self-coach because they can understand their own numbers clearly. When we roll out new scripts or update benchmarks, we see the impact almost immediately - that fast feedback loop is a game changer when you're trying to iterate quickly.

**What do you dislike about Caddy?**

I just wish I had started using it sooner.

**What problems is Caddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Caddy, I was piecing together call data from multiple sources and trying to make sense of it manually. Now I have one clean view of call quality, dispositions, and conversion metrics. I coach with real numbers, my reps come to 1:1s already knowing what to work on, and I can report up to leadership with confidence. The customer support goes way beyond answering questions. They help me identify problems within my team I might not have caught on my own and make sure I'm using the platform to its full advantage.

**What do you like best about Caddy?**

I really appreciate how simple Caddy is to use. When I was using it, it was just so easy to pull up a dashboard and immediately see the data I needed. Whether it was a Monday morning or a Friday afternoon, I could quickly identify where I needed to provide coaching to my reps, which is crucial for a sales leader. Caddy helped me do that effectively. For me, the initial setup was seamless, and I picked it up extremely quickly. I also always recommend it to anyone using Outreach because it's such a no-brainer tool. It's not just easy to use; it's incredibly helpful and provides deep insights for doing your job as a frontline or second line leader.

**What do you dislike about Caddy?**

I think what I would love is if they were supporting other tools. Also, having a chat interface where I can prompt it or at least have an API key would be beneficial. I'd like to just be able to prompt it about things like a rep's quota and get insights on where better coaching might be needed.

**What problems is Caddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Caddy to consolidate and track BDR activities, providing granular insights into BDR performance. It simplified building reports and dashboards, allowing me to offer targeted coaching to my reps and report improvements effectively to my VP.

**What do you like best about Caddy?**

Altisales.io ultimately allows me to "double click" into key SDR metrics with the SDR funnel for a better understanding of where I can help each Rep improve on an individual & team basis. 

A few metrics I really like, we worked together to develop improved call dispositions for more granular visibility into where my team was losing/winning on calls. Additionally, I can leverage it to get deeper insights into metrics where our Sales Engagement tool can't otherwise easily pull and it proactively surfaces coaching opportunities for faster action and improved team-wide execution. 

Easy to use tool with solid UX that's improving all the time with additional features and function.

**What do you dislike about Caddy?**

It's still a little early in their product development. Nothing specifically to dislike, but looking forward to added features in the future.

Giving me better visibility into where my team is winning and helping me identifify areas of coaching so my team can execute and a higher level with improved coaching and development.

**What do you like best about Caddy?**

It is super easy to use and implement. Because it integrates right into Outreach, I'm able to use it every day to see my teams overall results/efforts. 

The big value is getting more proactive on where folks might be struggling. In the past I would notice a decline in results, then look in two or three different places to look at data and try to understand where the issue is. With Altisales I can see how folks are doing across all the leading KPIs that matter from one place. 

I also love the nudges that go out to help BDRs stay on top of the little things. I hate feeling like a micromanager but I know that some people benefit from reminders to stay on top of everything.

**What do you dislike about Caddy?**

Nothing that jumps out to me at this moment.

**What problems is Caddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of centralized visibility on BDR data to help leaders make coaching decisions.

**What do you like best about Caddy?**

The level of data that you are able to get from your reps calls in unparalled by setting up your dispositions and using Altisales.  Quickly you can determine when in phone calls your reps are struggling and then help them fix.
Also, we are using Altisales to improve our sequences.  It allows you to see hwat steps are driving responses, both positive and negative, so once again you can constantly be testing and improving.
It is very easy to use, and compare results across users and across teams.

**What do you dislike about Caddy?**

Sometimes it is slow to load, but that has drastically improved over the past 6 months or so.  The team is very responsive whenever we have issues to help troubleshoot and fix.

**What problems is Caddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are helping us solve where in a phone call a rep is struggling so we can provide coaching and training.  Also, in sharing the data with SDRs it is helping them to self-diagnose where they are struggling and be proactive in seeking help.
Helps us to improve our sequences to see where we are getting positive replies (good) and negative replies (opportuity for improvement)

The AltiSales team has really thoughtfully put together an experience that is purely focused on making sure your team is effective. The filters are intuitive and the AI features make for easy recommendations to help improve things like Email Reply Rate in sequences.

**What do you dislike about Caddy?**

I don't have anything negative to say. This tool still has a bit of growth to do, but that's upside. For now, there's plenty enough in it to achieve a strong ROI.

**What problems is Caddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BD Team efficiency - it helps us identify granulary pain points quickly and make adjustments. It also can tune into trends across Micro and Macro fronts.

The amount of relevant, actionable, and measurable outreach data (Email / Cold Calling)data that is traditionally hard to find and or understand is now on one single plug in.  It is very easy to understand as a player, and the data tells a story that easily allows coaches/managers to take coach their reps.

Easy to implement and integration with Outreach was a breeze.

Didnt find anything I didnt like. Very useful platform.

**What problems is Caddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coaching reps using the data within Outreach, especially email reply sentiment can be a challenge and incredibly difficult to find. Altisales allows your reps to grade their replies. Once graded a manager and or rep can learn from the trend they are seeing from the replies they get. Not only this but it specifically pin points which email gets replies.... To include all of those A/B test templates ;)

It's only available for Outreach. We consolidated in HubSpot and it was a bummer not bring it with us.

**What do you like best about Caddy?**

AltiSales has changed how I run my 1:1s. Before, we would chat about "what's working / not working" with anecdotal stories. Now, we pull up real-time data on email reply sentiment (positive, neutral, negative), and call success (what % of calls got intro rejected, pitch rejected, close rejected) and I know exactly where to coach (including specific calls and emails). 

In my first week using this tool:
1) Discovered 17 emails reps had missed in follow-up (booked 9 meetings so far)
2) Found one rep had a pattern in "Neutral" email replies (they gave up too quick!). After coaching that specific thing, they went from averaging 2-3 outbounds/week to 5 outbounds that week via email. It's consistent around 4-5/week now.
3) Uncovered another rep was Intro/Pitch Rejected on 29% of calls, which was 5x more than their teammate. When we corrected their intro and modified the pitch, they booked 3 cold call meetings in 1 hour (previously their weekly record).

I use this tool daily. It plugs into Outreach in minutes. I trained my reps with a 5 minute video.

**What do you dislike about Caddy?**

It's a simple tool - there's not much to dislike. A few minor issues (emails slow to load, wanted to modify my benchmarks but needed their permission) - were resolved by the support team in <1hr.

**What problems is Caddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AltiSales has transformed our cold call script structure and it's never been easier to cold call. Previously, each rep had their own process, we struggled to see trends, and most calls went nowhere - even when we were talking to the right person. Now we break our calls into 4 sections (Intro, Pitch, Convo, Close). This allows us to test the script of each section individually, and the data tells us what performs better or worse. And because we have a simple structure on which to build the calls, and an ability to test them rapidly, we are building outbound scripts that actually work (even in new verticals).

It's also solved our Outreach.io email reporting problem: If Email A gets 10% replies and they're all negative, and Email B gets 5% replies and they're all positive... I need to turn off Email A! With Outreach this was impossible to see without clicking into individual sequences and emails. With AltiSales I can instantly see what emails work, and what emails don't, and update my sequences in real-time.

Tito has spent 10+ years building data-driven outbound teams at dozens (hundreds?) of organizations, found the process that works best, and packaged it up into an easy-to-use app. I've been doing Outbound for 4+ years - and I've built all sorts of dashboards and reports - but it has never been easier to coach my team on the right things.

**What do you like best about Caddy?**

I started using AltiSales a few weeks ago- it's been immensely helpful for monitoring my sequences and identifying gaps. The most valuable function so far has been the ability to surface all of the replies in my inbox and categorize them. I do this at the end of every day and have uncovered opportunities that likely would have been missed otherwise. It also makes it super easy for my manager to sort out "neutral" responses and coach on messaging to continuously iterate and improve response rates.

I've only scratched the surface with this software- it hasn't presented any problems to this point but I'd love to see more on how other teams are using this.

**What problems is Caddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AltiSales ensures opportunities are not missed by surfacing replies from prospects and making it easy for others to coach/share experience on what is working/not working. It also presents success rates on calls/emails in a way that simplifies the process for identifying strengths and weaknesses of specific sequences or reps.
