Altify is helpful for driving consistency in our sales process and focus on the opportunities that matter, amongst our teams who are using it

**What do you dislike about Altify?**

Depending on the technical acumen of the sales user, the learning curve can be a bit challenging, but a little practice goes a long way for success.

**What problems is Altify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re solving challenges with account planning and relationship mapping, as well as sales process management.  In the pockets of our large organization where Altify is used, it helps enable our sales methodology, and streamline deal execution.

**What do you like best about Altify?**

Ease of Use.  The interface is very intuitive, and seamlessly integrates with SFDC.  The questions that are built in really help sales reps to qualify opportunities early.

**What do you dislike about Altify?**

The Close Plan feature is a little bit clunky.  The may be the way that my organization has it configured, but it could be a little bit better. 
The Contact feature can become hard to view if you have over 5 or 6 people involved in the sales cycle.

**Recommendations to others considering Altify:**

When implementing, focus on the qualification questions, but also tight integration with SFDC Contacts.  Another thing to focus on is Close Plan.  Make this as easy as possible, or adoption will be an issue.

**What problems is Altify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deal Qualification
Providing Executive Team and Solution Team members valuable deal information when included
Deal Acceleration has been seen, as well as a faster time to kick a deal out of the process.

usability for very large maps (>30 contacts). Requires several account or opportunity maps instead of just one. .

I like how the sales are mapped to the customer buying process.

A few features are missing or could be improved (integration with other partners, data consolidation)

I solved some missing link in a buying process I was managing. It helped me better understand the flaws and improve it.

A simple methodology that has enormous impact in creating value for the client and the revenue team alike.

**What do you dislike about Altify?**

Very little to dislike. Visually easy on the eye, easy to navigate. The Methodology is the critical part though.... the Software is ‘easy’....

Keep customer, not seller, front of mind when tailoring

Bringing a consistent approach to qualification of opportunities which means I am only resourcing the right deals for the right reasons

the underlying intelligence and business process - meaning, the insight you get delivered after answering important and strategic questions.

**What do you dislike about Altify?**

Navigation from key map or screen is Awful. The lag time of SFDC compounds the design issue. 

**What problems is Altify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Altify provides a visual and insightful tool that allows Account Executives to provide greater context to their account development plans beyond metrics. The narrative the tool asks for in the Plan Details is essential for dialogue with your team and boss.

I really like the ease of use that Altify offers. Our sales team is now very dependent on Altify and they think it's great!

I wish Altify integrated with more programs. Some of the feedback we've received is on par with this.

We use Altify for our sales team to manage their sales info and deals. They love how streamlined it is.

I like the level of detail Altify allows you to share with your teammates.

I do not like the overabundance of repetitive information

We are using Altify for high level deals. We have found that the team is able to collaborate contact information easily and it allows the execs a summary view.

as a visual person I really like the ability to visually see the insight maps, personal maps, etc.

**What do you like best about Altify?**

Forecast Accuracy - With the sales stages broken down into qualifiers, we now have a situation where all our Account Execs use stages in exactly the same way. The things Altify does with this information are awesome. Firstly, it provides anaylsis of a deal's likeliness to close, and secondly, Altify provides its own estimated close date. Both of these functions have proved eerily accurate, outperforming Account Execs own estimations of their deals.

**What do you dislike about Altify?**

Nothing. As nothing else exists like Altify, it's hard to say I dislike anything.

**Recommendations to others considering Altify:**

Set up can take time - you will want to properly analyse your sales process before installing and build Altify to match your own practice. If you put the time in at the beginning, the pay off will be huge.

**What problems is Altify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inaccurate forecasting, Sales people using stages differently (one man's 'Prospecting' not being equal to another's), not enough detail on opportunity progression.

I like Altify because it allows for a smooth experience with easy access. It offers the company ease, is user friendly and allows for success within the managerial positions.

I do not like that Altify is not as updated. I would enjoy for it to be updated often to keep up to date with company morals and values.

TAS Dealmaker is easy to use; it's available right within our CRM (salesforce) and allows for instant collaboration and analysis for opportunity and account reviews.

It can be fairly repetitive when doing multiple opportunities, but this can be managed.

**Recommendations to others considering Altify:**

Take time to customize the configuration to meet your business process. Don't underestimate training and get your mid-managers to buy-in.

The modules can sometimes be too much for all opportunities so being able to get just some of the objects would be good.

I love the fact that it allows me to enter account details that would help the sales and the success teams to document every aspect of the relationship with a specific account.

I have not tried but I feel I would love to have the data pull in from existing software sources that I have already created the data in.

Account planning is so easy because the 360 degree view of the customer is available.

Easy UI, integrate with Opportunity and accounts page easily and intuitive for the reps. Not hard to start with.

Reporting part needs to be improved, so the matrix reporting can be easier to evaluate the tool

**What do you like best about Altify?**

It is a great tool to get a snapshot of who is involved in a purchasing decision within a business. It also allows you to distinguish between the company hierarchy and the actual influence hierarchy within the organisation. 
It can also make life easy to see which questions you do not know the answers to. 

**What do you dislike about Altify?**

It takes a long time to input the right information. 
It can be clunky when trying to use the tools to draw org charts - which is frustrating. 

**Recommendations to others considering Altify:**

This is a good tool but it is really only valid in large complex sales opportunities, due to the amount of time it takes to populate it. 
It is great at letting you see where you have potential gaps in knowledge within a sales cycle and can promt you to go back to the account to find out more information. 
It is a good tool, it does not guarantee more sales but if used correctly, good account managers will benefit from it.

**What do you like best about Altify?**

this is a very useful tool if you know very little about an organisation and its hierarchy. It can save your a lot of time by knowing who you need to speak with.
The software programme further allows you to update forecasts accurately wish detailed views of your pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Altify?**

the design of the interface is not very friendly, it takes time to get use to and can be frustrating at times. Unfortunately the tool doesnt provide a clear view of your sales, missing information such as contacts!

**Recommendations to others considering Altify:**

This is worth considering if you do not have much information on an organisation and need to know their hierarchy. This is available to use anywhere you are with its Cloud functionality which helps differentiate from,

TAS has always had a good core understanding for sales people to objectively and simply analysis an opportunity and see what question they don't really know the answers to. it also helps to guide what are next questions for the next meeting. it also makes the sales person analysis if they should spend more or less time on the opportunity

the tool and methodology only really gives an overall view of the opportunity and not who are your key contacts

Really good structured tool for guiding salespeople for through guided questions, Give a really clear answer to how we shape up against the competition

Doesn't really look at the main competitor of "do nothing".
