Another aspect to take into account is that it has levels of complexity for each user; for less expert users, there are default modules that can be used from the Alteryx cloud. I also like that it has two options for use. I have been able to use both the desktop version and the one in the cloud, and I must say that both are excellent. The speed of the financial predictive models is really excellent; I have been able to analyze multiple records in a very short time. The data connectivity is another highlight of this software; I have been able to connect to several databases and formats. They constantly warn through notifications of errors that then debug them; they are always very attentive to the service, for which I want to highlight the support team. **What do you dislike about Alteryx?** There are very few things that I dislike about this service, but I want to let you know that its price is not economical; in fact, it is quite expensive software compared to other financial solutions I have implemented. Alteryx consumes a lot of resources, both in the desktop version and the one developed in the cloud, so I recommend a good data rate. On the creative side, it would be useful to be able to have custom maps. They offer a good variety of templates for this; however, many times our customers want to see different things. **What problems is Alteryx solving and how is that benefiting you?** Alteryx has allowed us to improve our business intelligence; we have improved our data analysis with quality automation, and it has brought us incredible financial benefits, especially in our financial department, where we can see changes in the statistical analysis that we provide as a software business. I would also like to highlight their reliability in internal data collection, which has allowed us to see the impact of the development of the applications we create for the most demanding users in the industry. In the sales area, we have also improved significantly with the services provided by Alteryx, being able to better organize our business management and invoices. ### 9. I would also like to add that its interface is very easy to understand and use, and it also has a community that is always ready to help at all times when needed. Data processing is another thing it does very well. I have been able to cover large financial analyses using the cloud version. There is a great variety in data transformation modes, making it easier to understand. As an analyst, I have been able to handle a large flow of complex data, and since implementing this service, I have had better performance in these jobs. I want to add that it has multiple formats for reading from different sources. **What do you dislike about Alteryx?** Some errors in the basic functionality and the translation into SQL format have thrown me some errors, but I have done much better integrating data with Python. I have been lucky enough to test both versions, and I think the cloud version needs to be much more polished; the desktop version, despite being more complete, can become more expensive. **What problems is Alteryx solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has favored the consumption of financial data by our company. We used to use Excel, but it was very complicated to process data from our customers. We advise on many financial issues, so we replaced the tedious Excel reports with Alteryx getting better performance and improving the service provided to our customers. As a financial analyst, I used to spend hours running business processes. With this software, I have been able to simplify and automate the whole process, saving time and providing more accurate data for presentation. ### 18. The option to combine two spreadsheets is my favorite, as I can put them together in a single file. The selection tool is quite useful for organization; I can rename, reorder, modify data types, and add column descriptions. The community is another of the strengths of this service; they are always available to help and give tips on how to use the tools correctly, especially to those who are just starting out. The academics with interactive lessons are a marvel; I have learned a lot. **What do you dislike about Alteryx?** They offer two types of plans: one completely in the cloud and another for desktops. The price difference is not much; however, for some companies, the cost can be striking. For integration tools, I have done very well with AWS, but it leaves much to be desired with respect to Python. Better tools are displayed, especially in the version offered in the cloud. **What problems is Alteryx solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mainly for data visualization, data preparation, and automation, we totally eliminated manual and repetitive tasks from our services, saving a lot of time in providing better data management support and always verifying the integrity and quality of everything we offer.
