It's like drag and drop with changing some settings. **What do you dislike about Alteryx?** It's hard to handle, something confusing labeling and results can vary between the updates. No downgrading if you use some specific tools inside Alteryx. **Recommendations to others considering Alteryx:** Be aware that your results may differ if you upgrade to a newer version. This can be very confusing and is a disadvantage. **What problems is Alteryx solving and how is that benefiting you?** Alteryx has been used to calculate prices and do AB-tests for a new menu as well as the location of a new store. ### 2. Terrible Customer Support **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** William H. | Advisor, Investment Management, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2019 **What do you like best about Alteryx?** The feeling when my organization dumps them. **What do you dislike about Alteryx?** The rag-tag nature of the company depending on end-users to create a "community" in which they "foster solutions" AKA they dont want to invest in actual documentation / error resolution, and just rely on us end-users to try and fix each others problems. They sell you their "tech", which has about 999 things in it that you will *never* use, and in their only to inflate the price, and then ... well then your on your own chief! **Recommendations to others considering Alteryx:** Take the money and go to the nearest casino and put it on Red at a roullette table. This is statiscally a better investment than Alteryx. **What problems is Alteryx solving and how is that benefiting you?** Moving data from one database to another.
