Linda does a great job with handling any issues/concerns from our end. **What do you dislike about Alternative Payments?** There is a glitch with certian payouts saying that they are paid when they are not paid. It is failed transactions instead. **What problems is Alternative Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are solving the issue of the glitched payouts. Alternative payments fit that mold. I've set it up - on-boarded customers, most pay via ACH, and are on auto-pay now. No more. I really like the solution's ability to divide deposit batches up by customer as well. Nowadays when we are almost moved to digitalization, modes other than cash are on top.
