Altek is the AI inquiry conversion engine for hotels. Most tools in the category answer the guest email. Altek does the work behind the answer. Its AI email assistant is the most widely used part of the platform. Altek reads each guest email in over 100 languages, pulls live availability, rates and reservation details from Mews, Oracle OPERA Cloud, Visbook/BookVisit or Infor HMS, and prepares both the reply and the operations behind it: reservations created, modified and cancelled, guest notes added, payment links issued, restaurant tables and spa treatments booked from the same email thread. Front desk, booking and central reservations teams approve in about thirty seconds, instead of 5 to 15 minutes across four or five systems. Approval is the default, not the ceiling: each action type sits at draft, approve or auto-send, set per property and per risk level, with an audit trail. 100+ hotels, eight countries, 2M+ guest inquiries. Founded in Norway in 2024, headquartered in Oslo.
