It is a shame that we are unable to specify when we would like Office 365 back-ups to take place. I have noticed on occasions some back-up had been taken at 0100hrs when no changes had occurred to the inbox/data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Altaro products with my clients for a few years now and they are always simple to use and reliable at a cost effective price.

I have been investigating backup solutions for Microsoft 365 for a while now but recently started using their Office 365 Backup for MSPs.

Yes again its a cost effective product that solves all my Office 365 backup requirements. My clients love it and it has already proved its worth when recovering a clients mailbox.

I havent found any dislikes really apart from maybe the initial minimum licence count, but to be honest this is not a problem and I very quickly sold the product to many of my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface is simple the navigate, straight forward to use and easy to set up a new customer and connect to their 365 tenant. The automation during set up and the on-going backup process removes a huge amount of admin time. Backup frequency is excellent. For the odd time when errors are experienced, which so far have just for the odd customer with a huge amount of data in a single SharePoint site, the support team are quick to assist and respond and actively work on issues until they are resolved. All of the best parts of their VM backup product but in the cloud and I haven't been able to fault it yet, and for a very reasonable price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like some option to retain data in the cloud where a licensed user has left the company and the customer would like the ability to restore from that user if needed, preferably for a set period of time at a reduced price to the normal monthly fee. There is the option to download the users data so it can be stored on premise, but as less and less is held on premise it would be a useful feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
