HR teams can recreate their own review processes choosing focus, frequency, rating scales, participants, notifications and much more, starting from four preconfigured evaluation models. It supports competency assessments for both hard and soft skills, evaluation through observable behaviors, selfassessments and 360-degree reviews with feedback from multiple managers, ideal for matrix organizations. A company-wide skills map highlights strengths and gaps at a glance, and talent-review tools such as the 9-box grid help position people by performance and potential. Through MBO, managers set company, team and individual goals, assign weights and link achievement to bonuses, with automatic calculations and goal-assignment letters. Each evaluation can trigger development actions that close identified competency gaps, including career paths built on skill gaps and training, with courses assigned directly from the Altamira Learning catalogue. Managers and employees can run the entire performance management process from the browser or the native Altamira HRMobile app, supported by advanced notifications, rich reporting and an open REST API.
