**What do you like best about Altair SmartWorks?**

It provides a contribution to start interacting with customers, which is helping to improve the company. The good visualization of data, storage and many other tools make Carriots Analytics choose as the main software for the growth of my business.

**What do you dislike about Altair SmartWorks?**

Any doubt I had at first has disappeared now, I understand the whole system much better and it is easier to use, I can not imagine something that I do not like. Your team is always there to innovate day by day.

**What problems is Altair SmartWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The work and contribution that has given me have been essential to the point where my business is now, especially when it comes to a high volume processing, simply Carriots Analytics seeks to solve those tedious tasks that so many of us worry about compiling all the information and making it see what is most important.

ease of you and lots of bright colours makes this software a breeze to use

**What do you dislike about Altair SmartWorks?**

missing a lot of bells and whistles including cross-referencing of customer data that may reside in other areas of software. a few design changes here and there and perfection!

**What problems is Altair SmartWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

maintaining communication with customers is paramount and this software has helped tremendously with that
