**What do you like best about Altair Desktop Software Usage Analytics (DSUA)?**

It has some good scalable and configurable features which helps with the expansion to adapt to the growing demand we have in the organization and it is also supported by Linux,Windows and Mac desktops.It is also easy to use and provides some comprehensive insights on the data which allows for a simple deployment.

**What do you dislike about Altair Desktop Software Usage Analytics (DSUA)?**

Well...The cost of implementing DSUA in a smaller organisation is too high..so most of them opt out of it also while its user-friendly..it takes some learning time for new users to get to the advanced part of what DSUA can offer...also this too has a very limited open source support.

**What problems is Altair Desktop Software Usage Analytics (DSUA) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well...the main usecase of DSUA is to calculate the usages of the underutilized softwares every organizations spend a good amount of money on...in which DSUA helps in optimizing the licensing cost of the softwares or redistribute the sodtware license to others.It also helps in providing valuable insights on how efficiently a software is being used in an organisations which might lead company to take action on what are the softwares that are needed to be acquired,deploy or update.
