It supports internal assignments and step-by-step processes, including onboarding workflows, service workflows, project workflows, contract workflows and negotiations, and task assignments. You can also use a variety of forms, either building them from scratch or starting from existing company templates. You can include prospects, customers, and partners for signatures, information forms, or document upload requests. Results can be saved automatically to the cloud, sent via email or SMS, and shared internally or externally. You can also receive email or SMS notifications about workflow status, progress, or completion.
