What do you like best about altaFlow?

What do you like best about altaFlow?

When I came up against a roadblock in my understanding the online service team were fast and focused on getting my workflow to function the way I needed. Their help was instrumental is gettng my project done before my deadline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about altaFlow?

There is some proprietary terminology that threw me off in the design of my workflow and many of the tutorials at the Academy were from a previous version which makes for some confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering altaFlow:

After trying several other business automation services this one seems the easiest to manage and change on the fly. Other homemade solutions - via Google Docs, Sheets and Scripts - were just too prone to error. Service at airSlate has been excellent despite wide gap in timezones. What problems is altaFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?

A paper form that was circulated by students for approval from several key adults has been reduced down to a series of questions on a form that gets circulated as fast as email. As well this process allows us to capture application data with an export bot. This makes the process faster and more accurate since form fields are filled automatically as well as we are now able to analyse how students are applying for programs - data we didn't capture before. It's not really a dislike but it can be a challenge sometimes. There are knowledge articles etc. but you can do so much that it is sometimes difficult to explain what you want to achieve without speaking to someone the knows how-to. What do you like best about altaFlow?

The tool provides a robust feature set that allows you to quickly get started automating your document workflows. Intuitive drag-n-drop user interface allows non-programmers to create web forms for data entry that can then be used to populate document workflows. The pdf editor is full featured and linking the data collected in the web forms to fillable fields in the pdf is a snap. Online customer support trough the chat feature within the tool is excellent. The support engineers are helpful and get you answers quickly. They are also willing to jump on a screen-share to work through any questions you may have. AirSlate continues to add new features to a platform that already has a great start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are a temp agency and have been doing worker timesheets, contract management etc manually. Initially, I was looking for an eDoc solution and an automation solution(eg Zapier) separately but I realise AirSlate could do all of these at such a competitive price.
