"Luna told us to pause a campaign that was bleeding money"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Alta | AI GTM System of Actions?

Luna flagged that one of our enterprise campaigns was underperforming, with a 0.3% reply rate and a $4,200 cost per meeting. She recommended pausing it and reallocating that budget to a mid-market segment that was converting at $380 per meeting, so we did. The following month turned into our best pipeline month ever. An AI told me to stop spending money, and I listened. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alta | AI GTM System of Actions?

The recommendations come quickly once there’s enough data. Early on, we received a few suggestions that didn’t really make sense because the sample size was too small. I’d recommend waiting until you have about 30 days of data before trusting Luna fully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Our event follow-up used to take a week. Now it takes an hour"
5/5
What do you like best about Alta | AI GTM System of Actions?

We run two webinars a month. After each one, I used to export a CSV, hand it to the SDR team, and then wait about a week for follow-up. Now Alta ingests the attendee list, segments people by engagement level, and Katie follows up within 24 hours. No-shows go into a different sequence than attendees, which makes the outreach feel more relevant. The speed alone improved our meeting-set rate by 30%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alta | AI GTM System of Actions?

Right now, event ingestion is a manual CSV upload process. I’d really like a direct integration with our webinar platform instead, and they’ve said it’s coming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"We stopped hiring SDRs we couldn't afford"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Alta | AI GTM System of Actions?

We were about to hire two SDRs at $70K each, plus the cost of tools and the added management overhead. Alta ended up replacing that need for a fraction of the cost. Katie runs our full outbound motion, and Alex handles inbound qualification. We’re a 12-person company, but our pipeline now looks like what you’d expect from a 30-person team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alta | AI GTM System of Actions?

You still need someone to manage the system—it isn’t truly zero-touch. I spend around three hours a week reviewing campaigns and tweaking targeting. That’s a lot less time than managing people, but it’s definitely not zero. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful, Flexible Campaign Automation with Measurable Results and Fantastic Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Alta | AI GTM System of Actions?

For me, it has a great balance of automation and human input. The fact I can be very hands off if I want to be, but can also fine tune each and every aspect of a campaign. And then to be able to measure results. Support has been fantastic; helpful, friendly and always available. New features and improvements all the time. Go big, small; find a wide audience, find one or two people. Easy to use and understand, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alta | AI GTM System of Actions?

It's less a dislike, more an observation: it can get complicated. You have to keep track of the bigger picture and small details. It's not a fault with the system - that's how it's designed, and it shows you what you need to know. Perhaps its message suggestions (eg for LinkedIn or email) aren't as human-sounding as they might be; the rating function (it gives each suggested message a score out of ten) doesn't particularly add much. These are minor points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Talia Byck of Alta | AI GTM System of Actions

Hi, and thank you for the thoughtful review! We really appreciate you taking the time to share such detailed feedback.

We're thrilled to hear Alta is striking the right balance between automation and control, and that the support team has made a difference for you. That means a lot to us.

We also appreciate the honest notes on complexity and the message suggestions and scoring. This is exactly the kind of feedback that helps us improve, and we've shared it with our team.

It's fantastic to hear how much impact Alta has had for your biz dev efforts in just six months. We're excited to keep supporting your growth. Thanks again for being a valued customer!

"Our SDR team actually likes their jobs now"
5/5
What do you like best about Alta | AI GTM System of Actions?

I measure employee satisfaction, not just pipeline. Our SDR NPS was 22 before Alta, and six months later it was 61. The difference is simple: reps aren’t spending 80% of their time on research and data entry anymore. Instead, they’re having real conversations, closing deals, and actually feeling like salespeople rather than robots. Alta didn’t just improve our metrics; it improved retention, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alta | AI GTM System of Actions?

The change management ended up being tougher than the technical implementation. Some reps were concerned that Alta would replace them, so we had to communicate clearly that it was meant to augment their work, not replace it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The email warmup is invisible and necessary"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Alta | AI GTM System of Actions?

Alta generated new email addresses on our domain and automatically warmed them up, so I barely had to think about it. Even as we scaled up volume, our deliverability stayed pristine—no spam folder issues and no blacklists. Honestly, the infrastructure management is the unsung hero of this platform, and it’s what made the whole process feel effortless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alta | AI GTM System of Actions?

You can’t rush the warm-up. We wanted to blast 5,000 emails in the first week, but Alta capped us. It was annoying at the time, but our deliverability metrics are perfect now, so I get why they did it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I can see every touch in one inbox"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Alta | AI GTM System of Actions?

The Unified Inbox is what sold me. I can see every email, LinkedIn message, and call note for a prospect all in one thread. Before this, I had to bounce between three different tools just to understand the context of a conversation. Now I can click into one place and see the complete history immediately. It also keeps my reps accountable—they can’t hide from me anymore. I know exactly who was contacted and when. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alta | AI GTM System of Actions?

The mobile app for the inbox is pretty basic. It works, but I can’t approve Co-Pilot drafts from my phone, so I have to wait until I’m back at my desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The signal-based timing is real"
5/5
What do you like best about Alta | AI GTM System of Actions?

Katie doesn’t just blast everyone. She waits for the right trigger: a prospect posts about a problem on LinkedIn, a company raises funding, or a competitor gets acquired. Then she strikes. We even had a prospect reply, “How did you know we were looking at this?” because Katie reached out the day after their CTO tweeted about a pain point we solve. That kind of timing is hard to fake. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alta | AI GTM System of Actions?

Signal coverage isn’t 100%. Some prospects don’t have much of a digital footprint, so Katie can’t personalize as deeply for them. In those cases, the campaigns end up performing more like generic outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The multi-channel branching is smarter than I expected"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Alta | AI GTM System of Actions?

If a prospect opens an email but doesn’t reply, Katie can follow up on LinkedIn. If they engage on LinkedIn but still don’t book, Alex may call. Instead of running through a fixed sequence, the system shifts channels based on the prospect’s behavior. In our case, one prospect ignored three emails but booked right away after a LinkedIn voice note. Alta identified the path that actually worked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alta | AI GTM System of Actions?

The branching logic feels opaque. I can’t tell exactly why Alta chose LinkedIn over email for a particular prospect, and I’d really like more transparency into the underlying decision tree. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The A/B testing is automatic and useful"
5/5
What do you like best about Alta | AI GTM System of Actions?

I used to run A/B tests manually: I’d write two subject lines, split the list, wait a week, check the results, and repeat. Alta handles this continuously instead. It tests subject lines, openers, and CTAs across campaigns, then automatically shifts more volume to whatever is performing best. When I checked last week, one of our subject lines had been auto-optimized from an 18% open rate to 34%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alta | AI GTM System of Actions?

You do lose some control. I can’t force a specific subject line if Alta decides it’s underperforming, and sometimes I want to test a bold idea but the system overrides it anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
