**What do you like best about Alpha Serve - Power BI Connector for Jira?**

App is really easy to use. For me it was critical to export adding data (Tempo, Zephyr), and this is working really fine. Scheduled refreshes are helpful as well. 

**What do you dislike about Alpha Serve - Power BI Connector for Jira?**

Looking forward for the long ago promised dashboard templates feature.

**What problems is Alpha Serve - Power BI Connector for Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to build customised Jira project dashboard in Power BI, with time estimates and testing data together. The main benefit was that I started with a free trial and got the first dashboard draft ready in just 2 days, before the top management meeting on my project.
