My biggest ripe is really just the lag or time it can sometimes take for the app/popup to load or for it to allow me to disposition the call, or the notes saving correctly but that could also be more of a internet connection thing in the way some as well I'm sure Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While security is essential some of the things needed to move like I need to are disabled or not intuititive and there seems to be a bit of a learning curve until you customize your dasboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integration with Hubspot is very convenient and easy to use. I like the updates being rolled out, in example, the mobile app has rolled out better contact management. Calling from the app is easier than before.

The app is glitchy at times when calls come in, sometimes not ringing through and you end up missing calls. I also have a hard time seeing all my text messages and / or calls in the call log. It seems to be that if there is a synching issue the phone number does not log and I cannot view it in my app. I also feel like there are too many tabs that are mostly the same. I appreciate that everything has its own section. I believe the order of the UI is good to manage for everyone, even new comers. I usually use it every day at work so I need to have good controls or integrations in the software to not make my work so difficult. This program makes it all easy to implement and manage.
