I do not like the mobile app as much. My notifications are off put it still pushes calls through sometimes. Also I find the mobile app to be much more glitchy, for example I cannot change the line I use to make outgoing calls from the app. Audio is the main issue. On some calls, people have a hard time hearing me and upon checking it is not due to my microphone or computer, nor is it the wifi because my coworker does not have the same issue. We have been very happy with the integration with HubSpot. Getting it set up and managing dialing lists along with contact outcomes has been easy and reliable so far. The Power Dialer functionality is great for working through lists of calls. The inbox is great for seeing the context and history for each contact.
