What do you like best?

Anoosh was very attentive to the needs of our firm. Always available to answer questions and guide us through the implementation of our campaigns. Moreover, the pricing is very fair considering the quality of service we receive. I would recommend this to property managers of the real estate industry. Great way to keep track of calls and messages from the tenants of your respective properties. I have not had any issues with the product thus far. Extremely satisfied to say the lease. What do you like best?

Feedback! AW team is open to feedback and makes their software to work aligned to their client's needs. It makes it super easy to work with them. It's also a friendly user and this makes it easy and fun to work with, the graphs are super useful and the reporting as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

In the beginning that it was meant for incoming calls only but again, feedback and communication is key, they were open to listen, ask and get things working to either educate our team properly and/or make the necessary changes for a better tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

It has allowed me to optimize and improve my call center in a completely radical way and everything relates to my call center, in such a way that now waiting times are basically non-existent, since I can perform all operations simultaneously with the call through this application, now I can be able to redirect or record the calls (depending on what I need to do at the moment), and I even have the power to hang up and send a link to finish managing all the requirements via sms, which I think is a pretty great option assuming we need to do something else and the call is not really necessary to solve the problems that the client presents (it is more common than it seems, believe me). What do you dislike?

Not all the functions that it has are very easy to manipulate, so they could make them somewhat more intuitive for the user, in addition, the documentation turns out to be somewhat exaggerated, if I want to solve any small questions I must review in several chapters and chapters to be able get a possible solution to my problem. Most of all to achieve endless activities and functions in the call center where I work as a user technical support analyst, where we basically take care of managing and channeling any questions or concerns that the user presents regarding the use of our products and services, I really must say that this tool has been very useful to us to solve any type of inconvenience, from the smallest to the largest, since it shows us a new way of organizing and controlling all the requirements registered in the system. What do you like best?

Being able to see which guest is calling and to be able to differentiate between my personal calls and work calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not having a text message inbox in the app. Not a huge fan of having to go through contacts. We've had some issues with receiving notifications for incoming calls and text messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Do the trial and ensure it works with what you need. It integrates with the programs we need, but after about 6 months of use we ran into some bigger issues. We are not receiving all of our phone calls, which is vital for our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its very easy to use. Give your self less than a week and you will be familiarized with it. There's also an app that you can download to your smartphone which is very convenient when you're away from the computer. Or if you have to restart your pc. What do you like best?

Aloware has been a great resource in combining the ideal aspects of a phone system: CRM integration, interconnected extension numbers internally, click to call capabilities for outbound dialing, voicemail/personal line tokenization. Thus far, it's been a great resource to consolidate our multiple departmental phone systems into one Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Like any new phone system, there is a learning curve. There are still aspects to this offering i'm not familiar with yet. However, I have been impressed with what i've come across thus far Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using this system for a combination of internal/external communication. Internal because we have constantly been using different phone systems among different departments. What do you like best?

It has all the core features I need and is constantly being updated. Date is comprehensive. The dashboard looks great and it is very user friendly. I checked out a ton of phone platforms before deciding on Aloware. Most of what is on the market is dated and clunky. The decision was easy in the end. What do you dislike?

There is not much to dislike in the desktop app. The mobile app is a bit primitive to be honest. But it' still new to be fair and apps take a while to work perfectly even from large businesses. The app layout could def be improved. Mostly the top tabs. I don't like scrolling to see the tabs. Also It seems as though some missed calls are only shown in the "Calls" tab and not the "Missed" tab as well. The "missed" tab should really be a sub tab of "calls". What do you like best?

What do you like best?

Aloware integrates seamlessly with HubSpot! Our team really likes that feature because we can directly call from HubSpot and all the activity logs show in the contact card so we don’t have to go back and forth. What do you like best?

The most helpful is all the different types of feature I am able to use with Aloware. Additionally, I love the tracking capabilities since I am able to see many different things like amount of calls, talk time, reminders, texts, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The Aloware team is very responsive to my company's needs and is eager to hear feedback and implement new features based on our input. The dialer is very intuitive and feedback from the sales development representatives is good. I enjoy how easily it is to access previous calls and even listen in on current ones. What do you like best?

Our short term rental company loves Aloware because it's seamless, our VAs think it's intuitive, and the platform is very stable. What do you like best?

The overall design contributes to the overall convenience when using the tool. Everything you need is laid out properly in a way where you would see everything that you need in a categorized manner. What do you like best?

I run a mid-sized firm focused on personal injury and employment law. Our biggest problem has been doing follow-ups with leads over a long period of time. Its easy for our team to lose track of all the leads coming in that we've paid for and they are lost. Aloware changed this for us, we’ve put our follow up sequences on autopilot! What do you like best?

The power dialer feature is amazing. You just load a bunch of contacts into your dialer and the tool calls them for you. You can voicemail drop, email and text all from the same place. You can connect the CRM as well so everything takes place in one spot rather than having to use several softwares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few frustrating things and learning curves on the software. You can't answer an incoming call when you have an active call que on the power dialer which is probably the most annoying thing. In a high volume sales roll it's really hard to stay focused. To call 100 people a day takes a lot of energy but this software does the hard part for you! I hit my KPI's without even thinking about it now. It's completely customizable from my understanding so you can set it however you like it.
