Tabs for organization :) Also like the red/green/yellow dots for ranking. I like the thumbs up / thumbs down feature to communicate internally (avoids back and forth). It needs more analytics options. You should be able to extract a spreadsheet to show all applicants for all jobs, with email addresses and contact information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
